Laughter has many of the benefits of positive thinking. It serves to reduce stress, tension and depression by expanding our blood vessels which in turn deliver more blood to various areas of our bodies. It also helps to reduce the amount of hormones released when we are stressed out, reduces muscle tension and helps to improve our immune systems.
